General clinic and scheduling info
  • We only offer products, services and vaccinations to surgery patients on the day of surgery. Please visit your full service veterinarian for a yearly check-up.

  • We DO NOT accept walk-ins. You MUST have an appointment for surgery.

  • Rescue organizations cannot schedule online. Email or call for appointments.

  • We DO NOT provide vaccinations or products without a surgical appointment.

  • If you have proof of a current Rabies Vaccine please have that information at your pets check-in or we are required to give a Rabies vaccine during surgery.

  • We have a very strict surgical schedule that must be followed so it is very important that you arrive on time. If you are late we may need to re-schedule your appointment.

  • Cats MUST be in a carrier at check-in. ONE per carrier please. 

  • Do not feed your pet after midnight the night before surgery. No breakfast.

  • Please **LEAVE DOGS in your vehicle** until we complete your check-in inside.

  • Cat surgery check-in 7:30am **Building is not open before 7:30am**

  • Dog surgery check-in 8:00amDischarge for DOGS and CATS will be SAME DAY:

  • DOGS CHECK OUT 4:00pm            CATS CHECK OUT 4:30pm.                                     Our door is locked until 4:00pm. It's important to arrive on time                     as you need to be there to receive discharge instructions. If you arrive early please wait in your car while we get your pet ready to go home.

  • ALL PETS MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE 5pm - DAY OF SURGERY. If your pet has to spend the night a $35 boarding fee will apply and you must be able to pick-up your pet promptly at 7:30am.  We need all our cage space for the current day's schedule.  NO BOARDING option is possible on Thursdays! Make your appointment for a different day of the week.

  • We DO NOT schedule English Bulldog breeds for their safety we recommend you contact your full service veterinarian.

  • We DO NOT schedule dogs over 100 pounds.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to schedule appointments. Deposits will be applied to your surgery fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will have (1) 2 week period to reschedule per deposit. If you do not reschedule your deposit becomes a donation to our clinic.

  • Trash Bags (55 gallon or tall kitchen)

  • Laundry Detergent

  • Oxi-Clean powder

  • Distilled Water

  • Office Supplies ( post-its, Bic pens)

  • Batteries (AA and 9volt)

  • Cleaning Supplies

  • Printer/copy paper(White, Pink, Blue)

  • Gift Cards: Office Depot, Walmart, Pet Smart, Lowes, etc.
